Development of a European online marketplace for finding medical personnel for one-time and periodic tasks with personal accounts, chat, and an automated system for tracking the working hours of the performer.
The Zenetix team has developed a convenient tool for finding qualified medical personnel with a simple and user-friendly interface for users of different age groups and varying levels of internet proficiency. The project creates a database of employers and performers displaying all personal data, including certificates and documents in pdf, jpg, png formats..

● The performer's public profile page is available to the employer for a limited time after the performer has submitted an application for order execution.
● Determining the distance from the performer to the location of the order. The performer indicates their city in the address in the personal account, the employer specifies the city in the order in the work location field. The site automatically calculates the distance between cities and displays them individually for each performer based on the city specified in their personal account.
● Email notifications about all events related to the order: order creation, a new response to the order, response deadline expired, performer selected for the order, employer completed order execution, etc.
● Time tracking in the performer's personal account with automatic reminders of when to start/end the workday and the ability to disable reminders. In the table, the performer enters data on the start time of the workday, end time of the workday, and duration of breaks (if any). The site automatically calculates the worked time and displays the result in the worked hours cell. At the end of the table, the sum of worked hours for all days is displayed.
● Referral bonus program - the performer or employer registers through a link, and the user whose link was used for registration receives a reward. The site administrator receives an email notifying that a new user has registered using a referral link, and the link is also specified in the message.
The project was developed and launched within 3 months. At the initial stage, the project handles a load of over 2,000 users daily, with future plans to accommodate up to 10,000 users. The project is user-friendly across different devices, including tablets and smartphones.
